MySignIn

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

What this policy covers

This policy covers the MySignIn website at mysignin.tv and the list of people who have asked for an account. MySignIn is not open yet. When it opens, the mail service itself will have its own, longer privacy policy covering the mail we handle on your behalf, and we will publish it before anyone can use the service — this one will not be quietly stretched to cover it.

Who we are

MySignIn is operated by [LEGAL-ENTITY — Myron to confirm; working text: MyBundle, Inc.] (“we”, “us”), a company registered in [JURISDICTION — Myron to confirm], at [POSTAL-ADDRESS — Myron to confirm].

For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, [LEGAL-ENTITY — Myron to confirm] is the data controller for the information described here.

You can reach us about anything in this policy at [PRIVACY-ADDRESS — Myron to confirm].

What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us. If you ask for an account, we store the email address you typed, and the date and time you sent it. That is the whole record. We do not ask for your name, and there is no other field on the form.

Ordinary web server records. Like any website, our server logs requests: the IP address the request came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string. We use these to keep the site up and to deal with abuse of the form, such as someone submitting it thousands of times.

Counts of page views. We keep aggregate counts of how many people visited and how many asked for an account. These are counts, not profiles. This does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no data brokers, no fingerprinting, no purchased data about you, no profile built from anywhere other than what is listed above.

Why we collect it

  • Your email address: so we can email you once, when accounts open, and so we do not add the same address to the list twice. We will not use it for a newsletter, for marketing about other products, or for anything you did not ask for.
  • Server logs: to operate and secure the site, and to stop abuse of the form.
  • Counts: to know whether anyone is reading the site.

If you are in the UK or EU: we rely on your consent for holding your email address, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete it. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for the server logs and the aggregate counts.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. Ever. There is no exception in this policy that quietly allows it.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they handle data only on our instructions:

  • Railway — hosts the website and the database the list is stored in.
  • Postmark — delivers the one email we send you when accounts open.

We will disclose information if we are legally required to — a court order, a valid legal process — and, where we are allowed to tell you, we will.

If the business is ever sold or merged, the list would transfer with it, and it would remain subject to this policy or to a policy that is at least as protective. We would tell you before that happened.

Where it is stored

On servers in the United States. If you are writing to us from the UK or EU, that means your email address is transferred to the United States, and we rely on the standard contractual clauses our providers offer for that transfer.

How long we keep it

Your email address: until you ask us to delete it, or until we have sent you the one email about accounts opening and you have either used it or not — after that we do not need the list, and we delete it. If we abandon MySignIn without ever opening it, we delete the list rather than keep it sitting somewhere. We will not hold it indefinitely on the theory that we might want it later.

Server logs: [LOG-RETENTION — Myron to confirm; recommend 30 days] and then deleted.

Counts: they are aggregate numbers with nothing personal in them, and we keep them.

Deleting your information, and your other rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you — which, for almost everyone, is one email address and a timestamp;
  • correct it, if you gave us an address with a typo in it;
  • delete it — we will, and we will not ask you to explain why;
  • stop using it, or object to our using it.

Email [PRIVACY-ADDRESS — Myron to confirm] from the address in question, or tell us which address to look for. We will act on it and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner. There is no charge for any of this.

If you are in the UK or EU and you are not happy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you rights to know, to delete, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. The same address handles those requests. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not intend to.

Children

MySignIn is not for children. Do not use the form if you are under 16. If we find out we are holding an address belonging to a child, we delete it.

Security

The site is served over TLS. The list is stored on our own server, not on a third-party marketing platform, and access to it is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise — if there is ever a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and the relevant regulator within the time the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change actually matters — if we start collecting something new, or using what we have for something different — we will email the people on the list and tell them before it takes effect, not after.
